DeHart Christmas Party

Celebrating with the DeHarts is always fun. We always get together the Sunday before Christmas. The picture below is of all the "Big" kids...who still enjoy the Christmas celebrations and presents. Fez is the storyteller getting us ready for the presents!
Jeff is ready to throw his wrapping paper at someone...probably Jason.
This is the whole group...we barely fit in my mom's house.
This was Lucas's first family event...he did really well handling all the family. Clint's first family event he spent on the couch with a migraine, at least Lucas still has a smile.
Taylor's last Christmas before his mission. Nikki always has fun and gets in on all the action. Jason ~ Katrina ~ Alix

DECEMBER..just the beginning

December started out a little bumpy at our house. We had a dishwasher leak and it caused a huge peak in our wood floor. We tripped daily over it, but one positive thing was Briggs had a new jump for his cars. Maytag has fixed our dishwasher defect and we are getting money from them to fix our wood floor.Hadley had fun at her
Junior High Christmas Dance.
She is growing up and looks so beautiful.
Our first big snow fall arrived and we were very excited. It was time for the shovels, snow clothes, skis, sleds, and snowmobiles to finally come out!
This was our first trip up to Wolf Mountain this year. We lucked our for some sun and good weather. The kids had fun and Briggs was doing much better this year...no tears. Hadley likes to ski, but I have to say it is not her favorite thing to do.
She would much rather be home or playing volleyball.Jayden loves to ski and always has a smile on her face. She will go up anytime...doesn't matter with who or what the weather is like. I really enjoyed spending the day with my kids.

Cruise

Clint and I went on a Caribbean Cruise in November. We went with many friends from the Valley. We had the most amazing time. I don't think we have ever laughed, smiled and eaten so much in one week. We enjoyed being alone without children after 15 years of marriage. Our first day on the ship and the fun was just beginning...
What is Fred wearing???

Lunch and dinner time was one of the most enjoyable times on the ship. We laughed and ate all day long. We would always start early and end late. Who doesn't love pizza, french fries and ice cream at 1:00 a.m?
Mmm...I loved to see Clint all dressed up.
He looks good!

Paul & Jenna Murphy
We meet them on the ship and became friends quickly.
Joe & Michelle Corbin
Joe shocked us all with his full head of hair.
Fred & Denise Bone
Tessa & Brain Bailey
Our table was known as the loudest and most obnoxious. We were constantly laughing and having a great time. Henry was our waiter and Emy our hostess. Our waiter often playing jokes on us, getting Clint the best. We got him back by adding hair to Becky's dinner. Henry was not too happy with that one.

Grand Cayman
We spent the day at Sting Ray City and went to Senior Frogs for lunch. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed the sun.

Clint ate something out of this shell...I can't remember the name. Gross... I will stick with cooked food!
Becky and Katrina smiling after some yummy nachos!
Belize
We went on the zip line and cave tubing in Belize. It was a fun time, I liked the zip line the best. The rain forest was amazing. We were able to see a group of howler monkeys!
Denise and Katrina geared up for the ride.

In Roatan, it rained for most of the day. We grabbed a tour guide and drove around the island.

Cozumel
Our last port was Cozumel and it was my favorite. We rented a dune buggy and cruised the island. We found our own beach and the boys snorkeled while the girls relaxed. We saw a group of dolphins swimming near the beach. After the beach we drove around and found a private resort.

Clint and I enjoyed this trip so much we are already planning our next cruise.
