~ Park City Weekend ~

This weekend was fun for our whole family. We went to Park City to watch Hadley play in a soccer tournament. She played really well and even had an assist. She was taken out right near the goal box and the team got a penalty shot. Valley United scored. The team lost the first games but won our last game. It was a fun tournament for the team.

Also this weekend we had my husbands High School 20 year Reunion. I can't believe he graduated 20 years ago from Park City High. He is such an amazing husband. I am lucky to have met him and that he picked me to be with him forever. On Friday night we went to a restaurant on Main Street and caught up with some of his old High School friends. On Saturday night we went to dinner at the Jeremy Ranch Country Club. We laughed with his friends at dinner and watched a movie of pictures from his High School days. We enjoyed our evening and I learned a lot about my husband and his good times in High School.
Our friends stayed with us this weekend. Hadley and Mikala play soccer together. We went for a drive up around Park City and found a beautiful spot to stop and let the kids play. We took pictures of our families and our children. Then we headed for some fun at the Resort Center.

The Resort Center was a great time for the adults and kids. We rode the Alpine Slide and the Alpine Coaster. This year Jayden was old enough to ride by herself on the Alpine Slide. She was very nervous, but went down with flying colors. Briggs was able to ride with me this year. He loved the rides. The Alpine Coaster made him a bit nervous, but I would slow down every time he grabbed my legs.

Let the fun begin!

My Birthday Boy!

Briggs is so much fun. We all love him at our house. He makes us laugh everyday. He is full of smiles and energy. His favorite things right now are trucks. My neighbor has many trucks and equipment for his landscaping business. Briggs is at his window every time a truck drives by. He loves it even more when he gets a ride in the excavator. For his 2nd birthday we invited everyone over. It was a fantastic celebration and he was adorable with everyone. Briggs Birthday Cake!

Mommy loves you Briggs!
He wanted the truck off the present right now - he didn't want to wait. Of course, Grandma Angie let him play with it early. He loves to call her on the phone and talk. He loves to hear her voice and it always makes him smile. This is the jacket that he received from Grandma Angie and Grandpa Fez. It matched the shirt that the Bachisons gave him. Very cute!
Yummy pizza dinner! One of his favorites along with peanut butter sandwiches and hot dogs. We are lucky to just get one meal in a day because he is so busy playing. Katrina - Angie - Alix

He received fun trains for his train set and an Elmo camera from Grandpa Fred and Grandma Kathy. The camera was definitely a favorite.
We have great friends and neighbors. The Stevenson's gave Briggs a cute dinosaur remote control along with some Car's Cars. He loves to be with them and visits their house often.
Thanks Grandpa Corky and Grandma Carol for the cute wagon lamp for my bedroom. I use it every night before I fall asleep. It's perfect.
This was his favorite part of the night. He kept blowing his candles out over and over. We could not get through the song fast enough. Everyone was laughing because he was so funny. He was focused and kept on blowing those candles out. We finally finished singing and enjoyed some ice cream and cake, along with some dirt (pudding, Oreo crumbs, and cake) out of the back of one of his dump trucks. It was actually really good and everything turned out great! Thanks to our family and friends for supporting us and loving our family!

July & Aug. B-day Dinner

Before dinner the kids enjoyed playing in the sand pile.
Briggs decided to jump on the tramp instead of eating his dinner. He never eats much when we are not at home.
I love my family!

July Birthdays - Amber, Hadley, Brady, Haley and Angie
August Birthdays - Whitney, Briggs, Jason and Zach
Briggs can't wait - he wants a taste!

Briggs got an early birthday present from her Aunt Haley, Uncle Casey, and her cousins Avery and Owen. They were so nice to get him a gift. Briggs liked both the gifts, but the car stickers were hard to take away.
Thank you Bachisons!

Happy Birthday Hadley!!

I can't believe my little Hadley is 12 years old. She has grown up and changed so much this last year. She is an amazing sister, soccer player, student, friend and young woman. She is not in Primary or at Valley Elementary with me anymore. She has moved on to Young Women's and Snowcrest Junior High. I love her very much and am thankful for her sweet spirit she brings into our home. Happy Birthday Hadley!Hadley got a new bike for her birthday along with a new helmet, clothes, and Wii games. She enjoyed spending time with her family playing Wii. We even got the grandparents and great grandparents playing Wii that day.
